General shipping information
Requests shall be processed within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of order and will be sent within 48 / 72h following . Delivery will be detailed during the process. However, if Black Veil Models consider that a product, due to their characteristics may need a longer time period , always be indicated in the online store for user consideration.
